I hope not I have been giving selenium. Would love to know the answer also

[ ] Avoid selenium while chelating?

Any truth to the thought that taking selenium while chelating ('on'

days) might prevent DMSA from binding and chelating mercury? I was

told selenium sequesters mercury and that might impede the work that

DMSA is trying to do... competition.

I used ALA and I don't know much about DMSA. But my son required

selenium with his ALA for best results.

Never use selenium drops at any time, or any other supplement contianing

selenite.

However it is not necessary to avoid appropriate selenium supplements during

chelation,

e. g. selenomethionine.

This is a big mistake.

Start chelation FIRST, then later try all the other stuff.
