I

have been having sinus problems for about 3 years now.  I'm sure

some of

it is allegies, but generally, they dry up often with

changes of

weather. (windy days, wet weather, cold fronts, mowing

grass

and many other reasons)  Lately I have

been treating the

dryness

with a dab of vick's rub.  I use my pinky and shove it in my

nostrils.  That, more than any

medication gives me relief.  I

don't

like

the across the counter medication.

Everything makes me drowsy

and

I don't like to be all dopey.  Any natural remedies out there?

Allergies are caused by particles of foreign substances making their

way

into the bloodstream. The body attacks them like they

would attack a

virus or unfriendly bacteria. Plant-based enzymes will help

to break

down food or other substances in the stomach before it makes it

to the

small intestine where it can enter the bloodstream. If taken on

an empty

stomach, the enzymes will go into the bloodstream and " eat

up " the

foreign particles so the body doesn't have to. Add healing

foods,

probiotics, antioxidants (free radical scavengers), eliminate trigger

foods (sugar, white flour, diary), drink ½ gal. of pure water every day.

Check to make sure your enzymes are active –

open up the capsule, or

crush it, and stir it into already made pudding. It should

liquefy the

pudding in a couple minutes. If it doesn’t, then the

enzymes won’t work

in your body, either.
