Lemonade Cleanse

I've been thinking maybe if I ever get around to starting the cleanse THIS YEAR

(my life is always boring until I want to start cleansing then things pop up

every other day) I'd do the first week just taking IC#1 and doing the lemonade

" diet " . Saves me from trying to figure out something to eat and it sounds cheap!

: )

Anyways, CAYENNE, lemonade, and maple syrup!?! I automatically make a funny face

just thinking about it. Being completely honest, has anyone LIKED the taste? I'd

like to do it but choking down that combination for a week may be a little too

much unless the taste is more pleasant than what I'm picturing it as. Can't

imagine cayenne and maple syrup going good together. Would it be okay to just

drink organic lemon and lime juice and distilled water leaving the cayenne and

maple syrup out?

2nd question and this ones a little bit loaded:

When you guys/gals changed over to a raw or vegetarian diet, was it a hard

change for you? Do you now eat only to survive or do you actually like the food

you're eating? Does it just take some getting used to? I'm trying to think of

what I'll eat for just the first 2 weeks of this cleanse and I'm at a loss! I

cook everything!!! And I have to admit 80% of recipes posted make me think

" eeeeeeew " . So does it just take some buckling down and getting used to?

I ordered the " Complete Book Of Raw Foods " and just my luck it gets stolen from

the apt entryway when the mailman left it there and I never even got to look at

it. ~whimper~

I'm so curious to know what all you guys EAT!
