What digestive enzymes can you recommend?

Hello everyone,

I am trying to decide what digestive enzymes to try for my son and am

wondering if anyone can recommend an enzyme formula that has seemed

successful for them? I think he needs a general, all-purpose formula.

I would also like to add a casein/glutein specific one, because

although I do not think he is sensitive to casein/glutein, I would

like to see if they make a difference. I am currently looking at

Enzymedica formulas, Digest and Glutenease.
