Guest guest
Hi All, My son is taking a multivitamin which has things in it that I don't think he needs.(e.g.vanadium) I want to switch to single supplements that are necessary for chelation. I give him the multi in a shake every morning, should I mix the single vits to the same dosage of what is in the multi and give it that way and then increase slowly or should I stop the multi for a few days and then add the vits in one by one which I think will take to long. We need to start ALA soon. Any advice appreciated! Janet ________________________________________________________________________ More new features than ever. If you want to know what he needs and what he might not need, then you would want to give each individual supplement one at a time, so you can watch for any reactions.
