Guest guest
I take garlic cloves every night, chew them with some raisins, this will minimize the burning sensation. -- In health , Anne Bird <irishfox4@a...> wrote: > > > > I thought I'd try eating fresh garlic cloves throughout the day, but I > > can't remember the suggestions for eating them without totally burning > > out the inside of my mouth. TLP. ========================== Hi TerriLynne, Try crushing them up or using a garlic press and get it down any way you can. Do increase your daily dosage of super tonic lots. You can also make a mustard plaster for the chest congestion. Just be careful and not leave it on too long (don't want to burn the skin). Mullein tea will help, horehound if you have any. Lemon in water will help cut and dissolve mucus too. Put some in hot water and drink several times a day. Also a nice really hot bath with hot lemon drink will help to remove some of the toxins and relax you at the same time. Hope you get over it soon TerriLynne. -- Peace, love and light, Don " Quai " Eitner " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
