Guest guest
Don Q. thanks for the ingredients for H. Salt. I just brought some 2 weeks ago from NFL (down the road from me) Here is a trick that will extend it and make it double to 4 lbs. Slice celery with salad shooter thin....I did 10 whole celery ... Spread on dehydrator sheets and dry til crisp, then blend into powder. Mix with H. Salt in separate bottle 1/2 and 1/2. It tastes great !! J. Maybe this is why all the big names are switching to the Himalayan Salt. It has all the minerals too but not the same amounts of mercury and other heavy metals. Here is an analysis of it. 100% Pure - Contains 84 "natural" elements needed by the body: hydrogen, lithium, beryllium, boron, carbon,, nitrogen, oxygen, fluoride,, sodium, magnesium, aluminum, silicum, phosphorus, sulfur, chloride, calcium, scandium, titanium, vanadium, chromium, manganese, iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc, gallium, germanium, arsenic, selenium, bromine, rubidium, strontium, yttrium, zirconium, niobium, molybdenum, ruthenium, rhodium, palladium, silver, cadmium, indium, tin, antimony, tellurium, iodine, cesium, barium, lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, samarium, europium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, holmium, erbium, thulium, ytterbium, lutetium, hafnium, tantalum, tungsten, rhenium, osmium, iridium, platinum, gold, mercury, thallium, lead, bismuth. polonium, astatine, francium, radium, actinium, thorium, protactinium, uranium, neptunium and plutonium. Helium, argon, neon, krypton, xenon, radon could not be included in this specific test analysis. In order to trace these elements, one needs an extremely sophisticated and costly analysis.
