question on urine elements and rbc elements testing

Has anyone done either of these two tests and if so how accurate are

they in essential elements/minerals. Will either of these give me a

good indication oh calcium, zink levels etc? Thanks : )

RBC elements gives you a better picture than urine elements.

In most situations neither is essential or particularly useful.
