Hi again Anne,

By all means use the raw honey. The Master Cleanse is not carved in

stone. Or go out and spike a maple tree and evaporate the water off for

you own maple syrup. Hehehe

I dont know about how everyone processes their honey but the outfit where my dh works heats up the honey only as far as it takes to get it to run when extracting. They heat up the extracting room to about 90º and extract the honey. Then it is ran into 55 gallon barrels and sold. This is the only heating they do.

Stanley Burroughs has a great cleanse except for thefact taht both molasses and Maple Syrup are bothcooked for long periods over a high heat. In fact themaple sap for syrup as well as the maple sugar have tobe boiled for extrensive periods of time.Mr. Burroughs disliked honey and recommended that itnever be used. 90 Degrees F. is low enough to preserve all the nutrients, etc. This

would be considered raw honey. The only way you can get it more raw is

to pull it out of the beehive yourself.
