Guest guest
Hi, When I first got CFS, I had no clue which way to turn. Ephedra is advertised as increasing energy. I tried it and felt really really extremely bad. So, yes, some herbs can be dangerous. ----- Original Message ----- From: <JayTownsend@...> <gallstones > Sent: Saturday, June 15, 2002 4:35 PM Subject: Ephedra > Hi: > > Today's Seattle Times has the following article regarding Bush's actions on > ephedra. Guest guest
Labels are important, but it is just as important to do a little study yourself to make sure something is safe. To put something in your mouth because a friend says it is great is a surefire way for trouble. This is why the government has to constantly pass laws to protect us from ourselves. Because we are too stupid to figure it out on our own. My two cents. Dawn For people who think that herbs are " food " - think > again.
