Guest guest
You are amazing attempting to do this all yourself. I struggle myself figuring this all out so I thought I'd just send encouragement. Don't give up. I have used " CANDEX " for yeast. They advertise that it 'kills yeast by destroying the cell walls so they dissappear rather than " KILLING " yeast which causes release of toxins and die off issues for you.' > > I've been doing a lot for yeast here for my kids. Guest guest
We are using a lot of biotin....and Candex....but one thing that I have heard and we are also using it is epicor....it helps to build up the immune system and get it goin so that it can help itself. We are doing well over 240 mg of biotin a day. We were even higher at one point. We are giving at least 4 candex at a time several times a day...and sometimes when it is bad...it is more candex per time. Could some of this be die off...how about giving some charcoal or clay about 45 min after dosing to see if that helps. Die off is terribly miserable. Iherb has a good price on epicor....it helps with so many immune things....getting the flu and bugs...I would get everyone started on it...esp you. I would also get myself on some biotin and up everyone elses and downscale activities as much as possible. I would prolly take a break from chelating til things are better under control, and you are more able to cope. Are you taking b complex? Are you getting enough protien for both you and the babies.. If mom is running too ragged, then everything goes to pot. I understand where you are and how hard it is....I wish I could make it better..because I know that seems like there is no hope...so much struggle and so much stress. May Jesus give you rest and answers. Ronni > > I've been doing a lot for yeast here for my kids. My oldest has > nystatin, threelac, custom probiotics & biotin. Guest guest
My 2yo is very prone to respitory issues, & Candex made him wheeze; so I just stopped using it for everyone. Guest guest
Hi Ronni, I just mentioned to another poster that Candex made my 2yo wheeze, so I had to drop it. To make things a bit easier I dropped it for all of them. THey are up to 6mg biotin as of yesterday. Die off is what I was wondering & how long before I actually see improvements though? All I ever see is die off! I have tried charcoal & it helps my oldest but a couple of them it's very tough to get down them. I'm raising the biotin slowly... I only take 600mcg; I'm nursing the twins so never sure what's good to do. yes, I do take a B comp. As for activities there aren't any to scale back on. All I ever do is hand out vits & supps & do research as to what other vits & supps I need to give or do etc etc. We never go anywhere. Thanks again, Michele > > We are using a lot of biotin....and Candex....but one thing that I > have heard and we are also using it is epicor....it helps to build up > the immune system and get it goin so that it can help itself. Guest guest
I forgot to reply on the Epicor. I have to look into that as I've not heard of it & don't know anything about it. Thanks, Michele > > We are using a lot of biotin....and Candex....but one thing that I > have heard and we are also using it is epicor....it helps to build up > the immune system and get it goin so that it can help itself. Guest guest
, Do you have anyone that you can rope into helping you, a cousin, aunt, someone off the street Can you contact me off list in your spare time and let me know where you live, there has got to be a way to get some assistance for a Mom who wants to chelate but is just understandedly overwhelmed. I'm sure there are people who would help....it's just a matter of finding them. [ ] Just how to control yeast I've been doing a lot for yeast here for my kids. My oldest has nystatin, threelac, custom probiotics & biotin. My 9, 5, & 2yo have all these except the Nystatin. They are getting 6mg of biotin now. All I see are increases in yeasty behaviors with all of them. The little guy still has diarrhea. Some of these behaviors are very difficult, some are very socially inappropriate & it's tough to be around anyone else. I just can't get them under control & I'm completely drained from trying (biomed & everything else).I've got baby twins to care for & yeast myself! 13yo is chelating with ALA; the others I had just started last week but a couple are sick this week so I didn't do any rounds. Also my dd (5yo)is the one who I posted got sick on the ALA & that her yeast behaviors were out of control. I started her on extra minerals as suggested & will continue that for a few weeks before trying ALA again. She's actually the worst behaviorially. I'm at the end of the rope here... Any help or advice?? Thanks, Michele
