I would also add in nice hot soak in some salts or epsom salts and drink

some hot yarrow tea. If you don't have yarrow, toss in a lttle cayenne,

or any other herbs that are useful for making your sweat. Hot ginger tea

is good for this too. . You want to sweat a lot. Do drink lots of

distilled water with fresh lemon in it. Then hop in bed and pile on the

blankets and allow your body to sweat profusely. Do make sure you drink

lots of water though.
