If you don't have yarrow, toss in a lttle cayenne, or any other herbs that are useful for making your sweat. Hot ginger tea is good for this too. . You want to sweat a lot. Do drink lots of distilled water with fresh lemon in it. Then hop in bed and pile on the blankets and allow your body to sweat profusely.
