Being morbidly obese (224lbs. 5'0 " ) for years...and not having adequate endorphin production (IMO)exercise was never productive for me. Now, since starting LDN, I am getting addicted to the high I get after walking 2 miles....I LOVE IT!!! (even starting to jog a bit)But, my sleep has not returned to the great, restful sleep it used to be since starting to exercise (and after stopping LDN for 3 days) My question is this... I exercise AFTER dinner...around 5-7 pm. Could this be what is keeping me up at night? I have problems falling asleep, and wake many, many times during the night. I just wonder if I should exercise earlier?? Sorry to bother y'all with this question, but y'all are so informed! Thanks for any insight you might have.
