Interesting timing on this; I haven't seen a " dr " or anyone reg.

autism in so long. I just saw someone recently reg. my severe 13yo

(non responder to most everything including DMSA with Andy's protocol)

& she strongly suggested DMPS suppositories becz my son has yeast &

she said it would " bypass " the yeast more, & EDTA as well. I had

already read something about EDTA here. But it all the more shows me

how little I can trust practitioners advice.

However, I do need them for tests & prescriptions, so if we want to go

with the DMPS (oral) she will write the Rx. She's also the rare kind

who doesn't mind me deciding what we should or should not do (not a

huge ego thankfully).

So we'll be passing on the EDTA - I will try to pass along the info on

that to her as well.

Consider if you will be able to give a 13 year old suppositories every

8 hours. If not trying oral dmps is worth a go. Usually it is

chelation itself that brings about yeast, not the route of the

chelator. Yeast treatment would be needed during chelation, via

natural antifungals or scripts.
