I just saw someone recently reg. my severe 13yo (non responder to most everything including DMSA with Andy's protocol) & she strongly suggested DMPS suppositories becz my son has yeast & she said it would " bypass " the yeast more, & EDTA as well. I had already read something about EDTA here. But it all the more shows me how little I can trust practitioners advice. However, I do need them for tests & prescriptions, so if we want to go with the DMPS (oral) she will write the Rx. She's also the rare kind who doesn't mind me deciding what we should or should not do (not a huge ego thankfully). Usually it is chelation itself that brings about yeast, not the route of the chelator.
