Andy,

I'm still confused about selenium. I read the past posts on Sodium

selenite (and selenate) being inorganic forms of selenium and

Selenomethionine and Selenium Yeast being organic forms of selenium,

but I have to say that it's still as clear as mud to me. I know you

said not to do drops, but are they different than powder form in some

way? How do we know what type of Selenium it is if it only says

Selenium on the ingredients? I've gotten emails from folks who say

selenium in general is bad and the same about L-Glutathione. Can

you clear this up for me?

I have ordered Detox Aid Advance from Kirkman's which contains

selenium and the other ingredients below. I wanted to start off

with something light before we see our DAN doc in March. Is the

selenium in this okay? Is the L-Glutathione okay? Right now I

also do the L-Glutathione lotion.

I appreciate your time in clearing this up.
