Oh and also I do probiotics Biotin was really good to help reduce the dose of GSE required at my house. If I wasn't doing protocols that severely increased yeast, biotin was sufficient. But for chelation and anti-viral protocols, GSE was also required. Most kids seem to do well with 5-10mg biotin per day. My son needed more. How much do you give?
