Guest guest
hi Phyllis - should check with a doctor, but it may be your body's way of getting rid of decades of toxins. love Immune System Question I am slowly recovering from my second bout of bronchitis in the last six months. Previously have only had a cold every two or three years and then it would only last a week. These episodes of bronchitis have each lasted well over a month and are very different from anything I've had before. So is this an immune system thing? Or is bronchitis not related to anything else? Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Guest guest
For some it seems to be, for others, they are never sick. I have heard it both ways. One thing to look out for is, does she put a lot of things, or her hands, in her mouth a lot? Kids who do a lot of mouthing get sick a lot more, for obvious reasons, but you get so used to seeing it, sometimes it doesn't occur to you that that os the problem. Guest guest
Yes, some do have a supressed immune system. If they have leaky gut, the immune system gets so busy fighting the foreign substances, undigested food, getting into the blood stream, that there's not enough left to fight off infection. Leads to food allergies, too, which will supress it further. Same reason why some get yeast overgrowth, immune system can't control it. My son gets everything that crosses his path. When he was in daycare, he was the only kid that came down with roseola and a nasty parasite. Guest guest
My child never gets sick. Has not had fever in years, not so much as a cold. Overactive immune system? What to do/how to do it? Thanks in advance. Cathi --------------------------------- Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile. Try it now. For my son, this was eliminated with OLE, Virastop, vitamin C, and lysine. Dana
