It really tastes terrible but I swear it was very effective. According to , director of the Southwest School of Botanical Medicine, "osha root is one of the only botanicals that is truly virucidal -that is, it kills viruses. The herb has long been used by Native Americans, who, according to tradition, first observed bears digging up the root and eating it when ill. Osha is a blood purifier, immune stimulant and expectorant for coughs. It is strong but safe".

thanks Gloria, I have heard and read about osha root, but didn't know any one that had used it.or if I did I forgot..

I think osha is hard to get these days. For some reason or other there is a shortage of it. Hope you have some luck finding some. Now I wish I had bought more bottles when I was at the farm. There is someone else on this list who also uses it with good results. , maybe??
