Guest guest
Well, not really. it is the way they tell you that is confusing...... if you get 100% vodka... it is 50/50 ... 50% water 50% alcohol.. now everclear at 190%... makes it 95/95.. so if you diluted it you would now have about the same as vodka.... which is still fine.. so the next tincture you make - don't dilute with water.... take your tincture in some water if you want.. Well, when I make tincture I don't dilute as I take the tinctures in a swallow of water. but that is me... I would not dilute it again... it will be fine.Becky I am a nobody, and nobody is perfect; therefore I am perfect.

So then is this an Essential Oil? > I know this may be a really dumb question - sorry but had to ask! you have to check some properties. Take a small bit of it( so as not to loose the whole quantity) and check odor first, then compare the following; Basil oil is insoluble in water and is soluble in parrafin oil and in alcohol.
