Hi - glad you got some sleep... if the tonic looks and smells ok (like acv)... strain it and start taking it... There is no reason to believe it is not fine... acv should have preserved the ingredients.... there was enough acv to fully cover the ingredients right?

Thank You all for Your suggestions.I've been taking baths with a ginger/orange vapor bath my mother gave me for christmas. Adding a few drops of eucallyptus just for the breathing help. It gets me all hot and shakey and then standing to take a shower is a bit of a task. *smiles8 I feel like i need a shower with a seat and handrail!! I've been taking echinacea and goldenseal (grinding the pills up and swigging them down with some water) about 4 times a day since this started. I wake up feeling better, but by the afternoon...i'm ready to die again.Las tnight however, I did not wake up with night sweats OR delirium which was good :) Definitely a plus in my book :)I'll keep you all posted. :)sarah anneps. Regarding my supertonic.... It was straight ACV and then

everything else. Even though it's been sitting in jars for months (WITH the mash IN it) it should still be good? Strain it out now and use it? Good lord i think i'm a fraid!! :) Total Tonic goes bad that fast? I've had mine since this past Summer.... should I throw it out and make more?> > Candace> > -----Original Message-----> From: sarahlovell@y...> Sent: Jan 25, 2005 10:46 PM> health > Subject: Re: GOT the flu, now what?> > > >
