Licking, sore legs and middle back

We've been on Nystatin for about 3 weeks now. We have noticed some

amazing gains however my sone is now licking, stuttering (it has

intensified) and he is complaing of sore legs & hips and a sore middle

back. We have noticed that the pain in his back lessens when he has a

bm. Any suggestions? -Avery
