Guest guest
Speaking of smoothies, has anyone else had the drinks by Bolthouse Farms? I had never had one before and saw quart bottles of them for 2/$5.00 in all places....the dreaded Super WalMart. I got a bottle, went home and drank it and went back and bought 2 more! The Green Goddess is really good. Everyone at work gagged when they saw me drinking it (thick and green!), but, I have to admit....I thought it was pretty good and it certainly seems very healthy. The list of ingredients is pretty amazing for a commercial product. Gloria

Now if you juice your own fruits and then freeze the juice that is different. Most store bought concentrated frozen juices are concentrated and pasteurized. So use fresh OJ and go for a cup maybe. -- Peace, love and light, Don " Quai " Eitner " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
