Guest guest
I have been reading allot about the positive effects of biotin on the gut and yeast etc. so I decided to try some on my son. He was already on a good probiotic and had just finished some Caprylic acid a couple of days earlier for yeast. He didn't seem to really have a yeast flare up when I started the biotin, but I thought as a follow up I would give some a try. I gave a small dose (10mg) and I have to say, my son just went crazy hyper on it. He is always a very hyper kid, but this was over and above the ususal. The next day I didn't give it to him and he was better, but not back to normal. Today he seems back to normal. Does anyone have any ideas on what could have caused this adverse reaction to the biotin, I haven't heard any other bad reaction comments. I wonder if it's a clue to other things he won'e tolerate well. Thanks a bunch, Donna
