Here

is the list: celebrex, prednisone, oxycotin, hydrocodone, valium, prevacid,

methyltrixate,lopressor,

lipitor, and just a few days ago they also

put

her on insulin pills as she is now diabetic as well. If this is

just a

few I can't even imagine what she used to be taking. Now I

know

that diet is a huge issue in all of this, but she will not

change

her lifestyle or eating habits.

Oh my gosh Roni!!! If she is not willing to change her

lifestyle or eating habits, I doubt that much would work for her. I think I posted to this list a while ago

how I reversed my osteopenia – I eliminated dairy, meat, soda, caffeine,

calcium pills. I added a whole

bunch of calcium rich veggies, and fruits – mostly raw and organic. I drink fruit or veggie smoothies every

day that I make myself, or you can buy some (Bolthouse is a good brand). I eat a huge green salad every day. I added beans (legumes) and brown rice. Add a lot of water – pure water,

not tap water – half your body weight in ounces (or more) every day. I also added red yeast rice supplements

that have been proven to build bone (not the calcium-lowering kind). I’m not sure which thing helped

the most, since I did everything pretty much all at the same time. But now that my bones are 25 years

younger than I am, I will keep doing what I’m doing.
