Guest guest
Madhuri, I am going to have to defer to the experts on that. I have always given enzymes before meals and zinc with his other supplements after. Perhaps Anita, who put together the Supplements file, can chime in? I would start giving the zinc on an empty stomach. Many of our kids seem to rely a great deal on the function of the DPP-IV enzyme. Guest guest
Giving zinc on an empty stomach resulted in serious nausea, here. This never makes sense to me, either. If everybody has this enzyme, the DPP-IV and they eat foods with zinc, it doesn't kill the enzyme. So why would it be different if you were giving them?
