Guest guest
eva, You reminded me of my NT son's potty problem which lasted for 2 months. He was then about 2 years old and potty trained. Suddenly, he refused to go potty by himself and wet his pans. Sometimes, I was not able to get him into the restroom even though I knew he was going to pee. I was so frustrated. I happened to take my ASD son to see a homeopath and mentioned about the other son's potty problem. He gave me a remedy. Believe or not, the boy was going to potty by himself the next day, after taking one dose. A few month later, he was not willing to go potty again after his ASD brother lock him inside the restroom while he was taking pee. I gave him the remedy again, he had no problem afterwards. In the meantime, I realized that I had given him 'timeout' in a restroom around the time he had the first episode of potty problem. His peepee problem was totally psychological. My NT boy does not take poopoo at school, which was fine when he only went to preschool for half a day. When I had to put him to full time day care, he always tried to hold it at school and developed constipation 3 month later. He only had bowel movement once every 3 days and it was also very loose and messy. I had to take him home half day just to let him have time to go number 1. I also tried natural antibiotic herbs to treat his loose stool. It did not work. He was still constipated. By then, I had received an homeopath kit for my ASD son from Houston Homeopath. I let the NT tried a remedy for constipation. It worked! He started going once every other day and then daily. And the naturally antibiotics also worked after constipation problem resolved. He is have nice form stool everyday. Maybe your son's problem is also psychological. Try homeopath. It worked in my experience. Jean [autism-bayarea-yasko] Need Help! Frequent Urination and loss potty trained Hi Friends, I don't know what happen to my typical 3 1/2 year old boy who was completely potty trained for over a year now but starting this past Thursday he goes to the potty every 1-3 minutes. Sometimes few drops come out and other times nothging. He sits in the potty for hours and hours or need to wear a diaper and he pees on the diaper. He refused to wear a underwear like usual. He is very fuzzy, scare and scream if we put a underwear on him or don't let him go potty. I took him to the doctore on Friday to check for urine infection, the result came back negative today. Does anyone know what going on/what's wrong with him? Any insight/input will be greatly appreicate. thanks again for everything, eva
