Just so you know he got his info from: http://www.gillesarbour.com/buckwheatArticle.php The fagopyrin in buckwheat plants is the cause as it is a potent phototoxifier. One should not juice sprouts of any kind. Yes, even wheat grass juice can have some negative effects if you drink it every day. Eat your sprouts and juice the veggies and fruits. I hope that this answers your question. Please feel free to check out the files and message archives and make yourself at home. I do hope that you enjoy your stay with us and find all you seek. Peace be with you Jane.

It would be okay to juice too if you only use the amount your would sit down and eat. Most people don't eat a lot of sprouts. They will only eat so many. But to juice them is another story. Best to just leave sprouts out of the juicing equation and eat them instead of drinking them. But yes, eat them in moderation or maybe better yet, eat the buckwheat unsprouted. -- Peace, love and light, Don " Quai " Eitner " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
