Guest guest
my thoughts...At our house, we do eat A LOT of high zinc foods. And find that we still do better with adding zinc supplements...This makes sense, in the big picture of mercury toxicity...Greens, salads, beans & peas are all seldom tolerated foods at my house. (we like the green beans tho - not sure of the zinc in them tho....lol) Again, I have found explanations for this, within the mercury toxicity information...We do love the seeds at our house, especially the sunflower & pumpkin seeds...however, it is quite common for toxic issues to result in an intolerance to specific seeds & worth some researching, if you feel this is the case. It is all rather connected AND it is all very individual, imho fwiw wishing all the best answers elizabeth > > Good news on the OLE; instead of adding extra Zinc tablets; why not add > foods rich in Zinc such as " greens; salads; beans; peas; seeds; etc. > > You can find a list of Zinc Nutrient foods by searching on ! > > Too many zinc tablets caused a severe tummy ache when i took them. > > But eating foods high in Zinc does not; and also have trace minerals.
