My girlfriend takes homemade liquid LDN in the morning for her

thyroid problem and tells me it tastes very bitter. She chases it

down with a glass of water. Minor problem with an easy solution.

for four months with no problem just a little bitterness. As usual I

tried to make one and take it last night. The solution turned lemon-

like sour bitter taste so I spit out and today I made an another

batch and it turned out the same result and found my togue covered

white coat So I spit out again and dare not continue. Does any

people have this kind of problem? I understood India no longer

offers. What other alternative pharmacy I can choose with

confidence? Helen

Put 3 or 4 drops Stevia in the 50 ml mix and it's not bad then.

Let me add to squirt it to back of throat. That way you don't get as much under or on the tongue, therefore less taste but the Stevia vastly improves

the little taste I do get.

Selfmade liquid LDN can be very bitter. The sweetner I use is liquid

stevia extract. It's made from the leaves of a plant, and has been

recommended by Dr. Barry Sears. Another one is Xyitol, and has also

been recommended.
