Hi Don,

I thought for sure that I have seen you suggest, to one person or another,

the use of wheat grass juice as part of a cleansing diet? Did I mistake

this?

Thanks,

TerriLynne

Actually, just don't juice them. Normally when you juice you use way more

than you would if you just sat down and ate some. It would be okay to juice

too if you only use the amount your would sit down and eat. Most people

don't eat a lot of sprouts. They will only eat so many. But to juice them is

another story. Best to just leave sprouts out of the juicing equation and

eat them instead of drinking them. But yes, eat them in moderation or maybe

better yet, eat the buckwheat unsprouted.

Nope, no mistake. However, one should not overdo the wheatgrass juice.

It is usually recommended to take only 2 ounces per day. Now for a

cleanse one could do this for quite a while at this dosage without any

problems. But to live on it is something else.
