Hi ,

Sure I will. They sell DVD's of the conference too.

That's one big reason why I'm going. The other is besides the mercury issues for

me, I am in the art industry. I have exposed myself to lots of toxic chemicals

that disrupt endocrine system. It amazes me that I'm still here, and hanging in

there. Or should I say fighting it everyday.

I have bad MCS. Last night my x dropped off my son. Everything had been calm all

day. My x wears strong cologne. 10 minutes after hugging him, I flipped out.

Luckily because of Andy I knew what to do. As I was racing around the house

yelling, bitching, I gulped a glass of alka seltzer gold, then jumped into the

shower and re-washed my long hair. A real pain.

But minutes later in the shower I start to calm down. By the time I'm drying

myself I'm sane again. The whole experience lasting from start to finish about

35 minutes.

Thank God for Andy.

I have to address this, as last week I was helping my 86 year old mom unpack

after moving across country. Her new place had fresh paint, new carpet, and it

was rainy. So nothing dissipated into the air.

I was there one week. I had at least 4 episodes of uncontrollable anger.

Yelling, etc.

Couldn't leave the situation, so had to endure. Finally got through to my mom.

She saw first hand, days I was sane and then days not. Horrible.

She also had a brand new toaster oven, that off gased badly after we turned it

on.

I had chest palpatations, anxiety, dizzy.

She is a Christian Scientist, so is hard for her to accept illness.

We got through it, but so sad and embarrassing that I am not in control of my

body/brain at times.

Be well all.

Alison, can you post some of the things you learn at the conference?

My daughter, who has had severe PMS problems, is now using 100 mg

progesterone cream on days 14-25. I was going to wait a couple more

cycles before posting about the results, but since you brought up

hormones I thought this would be a good time. I've not heard of anyone

else using this large a quantity and each month she has been doing

better, only needing some Motrin. The pharmacist said she is estrogen-

dominant because she's autistic. Had not heard this before.
