SO, Where’s the hot?? I had to laugh at this , Don. It’s in the secret

ingredient.

Anyway, I now have to tell my story about Super Tonic and the not so

secret ingredient habanero peppers.

I sent this recipe to quite a few people and three have made it. One

used scotch bonnet peppers and had no problems. The other two were lucky

enough to get and use the habanero peppers. WOW! Problems that I never

considered.or thought much about. I was not able at the time to get

Habanero Peppers and used halapena and red chile peppers.

My daughter burned her hands with the Habanero peppers. She yelled at

me..boo hoo.

One night last week I had a phone call from another person at 9:PM and

she said that she used the Habanero peppers and washed her hands well

but touched her nose and now it was on fire. WHOA! What could she do? I

thought of salt but knew from my daugher’s experience that didn’t work,

so I suggested using lemon on the burn…she said OK but don’t hang

up…LOL…hehehehe. She was laughing so I laughed also. Well, lemon made

her hands feel better but not her poor nose. What else should I

try..should I try yogurt…I said, why not? So, she put yogurt on her

nose….no help at all. Well, I said, use RAW honey, it fixes

everything…she scrambled to the pantry and put the RAW honey on her

nose…report – That didn’t help either. Oh gosh, now what. The only other

thing I could think of was ice now she has lemon, yogurt, and raw honey

on her nose…hehehehe….I was laughing so hard I almost wet my pants…but

she was laughing so I laughed also. Well, it seems the ice did help

somewhat and she was ready to call it quits for the night. What a phone

call!!!

So, I am going to revise my Super Tonic receipe with a warning about the

Habanero peppers. Use with Caution. Use disposable gloves when cutting

up these peppers. Do Not Touch your face until you are sure that all is

clear.

Love,

Anne
