WHATS THE opinion on the new pectin chelator??

Pectin? as a chelator? That's new to me. Is it a sulphur binding

thiol? This is what would be needed to actually bind metals.

You can try posting a link to the product in question and some of us

will look at it and give your our scientific run down on it.

According to Andy, who I asked about this 2-3 years ago (it's not all that

new), there is no hope that this will chelate.
