Guest guest
On this list most of the people are from the US so we use our particularly pathological system of measurement, where common things like people and food are measured in pounds, ounces, cups, etc. while things like medicines and supplements are measured in metric units like milligrams. The correct amount of zinc to try on a kid who probably has a mercury problem is Mg zinc = pounds of kid + 20. If you know your kid's weight in kilograms, the formula is Mg zinc = 2.2 X kg of kid + 20. If you happen to use stones I think it is 1 stone is 14# so Mg zinc = 14 X stone weight of kid + 20. These numbers give an APRPOXIMATE amount that is likely to be helpful. It is OK to use a bit more or less, or to adjust amounts to see if that helps.
