I thought about getting a paper compiled based on everyone's responses. Also, it would be beneficial to note a form that is working better than the other (folic/folinic, Magnesiun oxide versus citrate versus other). So, please reply with your experience/knowledge for things you are using/planning to use. Here is a list of the most popular ones.
