Guest guest
, By the way, do you know anything about the " risk " of me working at a medical practice? I havent seen the ID people yet, so no one has given me any clear answers. Am I a risk to patients at the office? Clay
Guest guest
Clay, I really don't know about patients? They had me sit in the same waiting room as HIV patients so I cannot think I was that contagous, but your ID docs will be able to tell you, or maybe the doctors where you work? When I was diagnosed I went in for my followup at 8:00 a.m. (with a swollen red ear but expecating to go to work right after) saw the ID doctor at 12:00 the same day, then another doc at 3:00 and was in my hospital room by 5:00. I do know that lots of ear infections, especially in people like us with chronic ear problems are pseudomonas, it really matters most,in my understanding, how bad it is, mine was all in the cartilage and bone around my ear. Good luck. claybartonpaulson <claybartonpaulson@...> wrote: , By the way, do you know anything about the "risk" of me working at a medical practice? Guest guest
, I'm sure that practitioners who uses nosodes ( i.e homeopathic remedies made out of virus, bacteria, mycoplasma etc) could help. There must be a list of those who use electroacupuncture, pioneered by Voll (EAV). It's non-invasive, completely painless diagnosis method. There is an international society of medical doctors who use this method and also one of naturopaths. I was healed of a very painful mycoplasma gut infection with a nosode. Guest guest
It wasn't me but I know someone who used magnesium and tea tree oil and possibly a few other things to address this in someone. Some of her remarks related to that can be found here: http://www.healthgazelle.org/magnesiumandazythromycin.shtml Michele http://www.healthgazelle.org http://www.kidslikemine.org > > Has anyone had success killing this evil gut bug? Guest guest
I went through extensive testing at the University of Minnesota Hospital, and was also diagnosed with Pseudomonas. My ENT doc prescribed Levaquin for 30 days, but sent me to the Infectious Disease Dept. for a second opinion. They concurred that Levaquin was the correct antibiotic, since Pseudomonas is resistant to most antibiotics, but they wanted me to be on it for 60 days. This was in December of 2007. It did clear up my sinus infection, but it has come back twice since. The last time they had me on Cipro for 30 days, because it is in the same family of antibiotics as Levaquin. The side effect that I experienced is joint pain. Let me know if you have any questions. I hope that this helps. If so, what antibiotics were prescribed? After my sinus surgery and polyps were removed, a culture came back positive showing pseudomonas. Thanks for your input.
