Guest guest Posted February 1, 2005 Report Share Posted February 1, 2005 Hello Folks, Well, seems as though I've pretty much recovered from the ghastly flu. (THANK GOODNESS!) I've honestly never been that ill in my life. It was horrible. Anyway, back to the gym yesterday and back on track for my health. Suzi mentioned juicing for one meal of the day, and for me, dinner seems to be that meal. I get home from the gym late and just don't want to eat much. I'm curious to know, if anyone has any recipes for jucies that they really enjoy. I've used some celery in vegetable juice and the taste just isn't good on my pallette. I'm also wondering if I can make some juice ahead a day or two, and use it over the next few days. Juicing daily takes a bit of my prep time in the morning Also, Anyone have any more little baby steps that I can start to take? I'm drinking water with organic lemon juice daily. I never have the water without it infact. I'm also taking a cal-mag supplement, multi-vit (still havent gotten to the complete nutrition), evening primrose oil as well as an omega 3 supp. I usually crush up the pills, and take it with a swig of water or juice in the morning.
