We accidentally started her with two droppers full! Yikes! But we saw instant changes, but dropped down to a dropperfull and then to 30 drops when I found out that was the max for her weight. It makes her much more alert. We give it in her juice. I am extremely glad we started that supplement and plan to start NDF+ pretty soon as well. HTH! I currently use an herbal tincture from Brainchild Nutritionals, but have heard a lot of good things about Liver Life. When I googled the ingredients, things like coriolus versicolor, grifola, and ganoderma lucidum came up, these are all mushrooms. If your child has yeast overgrowth, can you give this product that contains mushrooms without a problem? I am confused. It also contains alcohol, but they say it is " grain neutral " - I am assuming that means it is gluten free. I would appreciate any comments from anyone who is gfcf, ( & yeast free)and whether your kids have used this product with success and without negative side effects. Thanks. They have celiac disease and are gluten free and have had no problems whatsoever. Liver problems cause the body to wake up over night between 1-3 am. That is what my boys were doing every single night before we started Liver Life and they were so tired and cranky mid day the next day. Now, they go to sleep and sleep 12 hours like a four year old should. So, I know it is helping them in this way.
