They started doing this a long time ago,well,I say a long time ago,but really

I mean over a year ago. With my dd who is now almost 3 we asked for the IPV

instead of the OPV which they grudgingly went ahead and gave,and then with

our other dd who is almost 14 months they had already started routinely

giving the IPV for the first two doses which was relatively new then.
