Oatmeal; Brwon Rice; Black Beans; Kidney Beans; Garbanzos; Salads. a. One may also buy and add these and add to children's food; One tablespoon Wheat Bran; Rice Bran; or Wheat Germ; the trick is: The fiber like Wheat Bran is given daily; not just occassionally.
