Why I can't upload the hair test report, Pls help!

I could not upload my son's hair elements report to the Files folder. The report

is only 800k.

the message is this: " The disk space allotted for this community is not big

enough for your file. " Does this mean the space for our list is full? Anyone

Please tell me what I should do?

I cleaned out the files section. You can post the test now.
