Smoker's cough?

Hi all,

I just noticed the below recipe in the files. And I would like to know why it is specified for smoker's cough. Although I am not, and have never been, a smoker, I grew up with two parents who smoked, and tend to lung congestion and a wheezy laugh. Would drinking this on a daily basis be of any help to my lungs?

Thanks much,

TerriLynne

Yes, it will help your lungs. Coltsfoot is a wonderful herb, among the others.
