Guest guest
Hi all, I just noticed the below recipe in the files. And I would like to know why it is specified for smoker's cough. Although I am not, and have never been, a smoker, I grew up with two parents who smoked, and tend to lung congestion and a wheezy laugh. Would drinking this on a daily basis be of any help to my lungs? Thanks much, TerriLynne Smokers CoughIngredients:1 part hyssop1 part coltsfoot1 part marshmallow or muskmallow root1 part horehound Mix all the herbs together. Use 1 teaspoon of the mix per cup of boiling water. Steep 10 minutes and drink as needed.
