Guest guest
My 2o month old is deficient in some areas and I need a recommendation for a good trace mineral supplement without iodine, as she is high in iodine. I also need one for selenium. Please post if you have any recommendations. Thanks,
Guest guest
Kirkmans has a few multi minerals. If there are specific ones she is low on you may want to buy seperately. My son is 20/m and I find most of the supplements are too high of a dose. I give Kirkmans multi mineral support and then taurine/selenium/calcium/magnesium/moly/vitamin c I open capsule and sprinkle 1/4 to half in with his meals depending on amount he needs. Kirkmans also has powder and liquid supplements. Did you have a blood test done? Does your daughter meet the counting rules in the hair elements test? Just curious as you cant really go by the hair or a urine test for levels of minerals. Guest guest
She didn't meet the counting rules for mercury, but came a little close. I haven't had a blood test done on her for minerals, is that something I should do? And if so which one? > > Kirkmans has a few multi minerals.
