Hi ,

The sugar from grapes and other fruits are not processed the same in the

body as the refined sugars. The refined sugars and complex carbohydrates

are what mess with your diabetes. The insulin is needed to handle the

carbs and processed foods where it is not such an issue with natural

fruit sugars. Not the natural fruit sugars. However, some folks out

there, medicos and whatnot, would have you believe otherwise. Of course,

I am not saying to just jump right in and OD on fresh fruits. LOL But

eating some or drinking some will not hurt you. You need to stay away

from the processed foods, complex carbs, refined anything and dairy.

Regular fruits aren't going to hurt you.

Just my two cents worth. :-)
