However, as you said, everyone is different and we all react differently to a cleanse. By all means exercise. You are doing a cleanse and not a healing fast. Exercising is a major ingredient in clearing out toxins and debris. So, if you feel up to it you can continue on for another 3 days if you would like. :-\ I know, you have to go to work. However, food for thought. A 6 day juice cleanse is wonderful. I just finished one and felt great afterwards. Actually, I felt great pretty much all the way through it. Except for the headache that started on day 2 and finally left me on day 5. Keep up the good work your doing great. You will feel a difference. Your health is yours now, go for the gold and don't look back. Guest guest
Anne, I have been doing 3 day water fasts since I was in my early teens. The first 24 hours I sometimes am hungry, but after that, not at all. Usually do 3 day fasts because that's when I naturally start eating again. This is nothing I was told to do or learned anywhere, just something my body wanted to do. I went on a 10 day water fast once in my late teens and it was quite an experience. But I would not worry about not feeling hungry now. It seems to be a natural reaction for some people.
