I have had the SAME problem and fought tooth and nail for someone to give

me a legitimate reason NOT to encapsulate the stuff...lol. I

finally got enough response to know that getting it in capsules was

better than not getting it in at all! This is what I do. I

could not...even after trying each and every day for over a month...drink

the stuff...it literally made me gag on a daily basis. I decided

gagging over pills was easier than gagging over this drink.

This was MY personal solution...other say it is an acquired taste...for

me...I gave it a good hard try...but just figured I had better find a

solution that works for us or I would end up giving it up altogether and

that was not the best solution!

When I first took it I wanted to dump the canister down the toilet. The ONLY way I can drink it is to put it in a blender wtih apple juice and a frozen banana. The banana is AWESOME at covering up the TN flavor!

I'm very grateful for the person who told me to use a banana. Now I love my morning drink!
