Thank you, Jenna. If I could get a copy of the most recent assays

performed to pass along, that would be great. Obviously (and

unfortunately) the FDA has not done a very good job of regulating

products. For Christmas I received a set of stoneware which contains

lead. There was mercury in the shots given to my children. It's sad

that we have to question, but there it is:) I personally have used

the products and have been on Maker's Diet, and want to be able to

confidently recommend them to others.

my son has had about half a pot of primal defense in his whole life,

in fact, probably a quarter. He also manages to be sky high in lead

despite no lead paint, no lead around our house that any lead test has

shown up (other than a mild response to one stripped door, in a whole

house) and not living in a particularly environmentally toxic area.

It's not necessarily just the lead they're exposed to, it's what they

do with it when they are. My son does not naturally excrete it well

on his own. No idea what the outcome of this will be (why can't PD

just be tested using a lead tester, for example? I have a spare in the

cupboard) but presume with everything you are weighing up the kick

starting of their natural process vs pollution.
