Guest guest
I use the 00caps...and have one of those machine thingies that does 50 at a time. I cannot handle the 000 capsules..the 00 are large enough that I have to gag them down...the 000 get stuck in my throat and do not go down...lol. I take 10 00 capsules per Tbsp. I usually take 10 in the morning...then bring 10 with me to take during the lunch time. I put them in capsules and then emptied out enough to find out how many it would take to equal one Tbsp. This was the measurement I came up with. It seems to work for me...but I guess it would depend on how you encapsulate them to know how many it will take. I hope this helps! Caroline Hi Sharyn and Caroline, They do make OOO capsules and these are the only ones I use. I pack each end and they make rather large capsules but for me, they are much better than three OO capsules. Jean ***************** How do you encapsulate it, Caroline? And how many 00 capsules does it take to make up 2TB? Sharyn, thinking Caroline has a plan here.... No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus. Guest guest
I can't take the 000 either. Too much for my gag reflex! But I hand pack our capsules, using a bowl of whatever I am capsuling, and a wooden chop stick. I know, it is a lot of work. But I make each and evey one with love. Every time Marilyn, or I take one, we KNOW it was made with them/us in mind, with care, and with love. It makes a difference!! Peace Sacrifice is not for reward.
