Help with Lab blood test results

I just rec'd my test results from LabCorp for my 5 year old.

The things that stand out are

Vitamin A 26L Range is 30-90.

Lymps 51 Range 28-48

Rubeola Ab, IgG, EIA 3.85 Range 0-.9

Mumps Abs, IgG 2.70 Range 0.-.9

Thanks for your help, I am trying to get help from our doctor.
