And lest I don't recall to recall, if you are eating a good balanced

diet of fresh raw fruits, green leafy vegetables, some root vegetables

(preferrably a little dirty and definitely organic only), some sprouted

seeds, grains, and nuts you should not need to worry about your vitamins

and minerals as you will easily supply everything your body needs and

then some.
